What you'll do 

 

In your role as a Development Support Engineer, you will be responsible to: Analyze, evaluate and resolve complex issues of customers and SAP internal stakeholders, related to the implementation and operation of SAP Cloud Identity Services. Incident processing, including:

• Qualification and prioritization of the incidents

• Initiate / Track / Determine / Verify incident resolution and inform customer about it

•Implement solution or workaround

• Incident escalation as defined by escalation process

• Communicate with customers in a considerate and professional manner, clearly and politely providing highly valued remote services and consulting.

• Work hand-in-hand with development to improve quality.

• Develop and improve supportability features and the documentation.

• Take responsibility for understanding in deep details product scenarios and development processes.

• Follow up on the resolved incidents, that prevents or minimize the likelihood of reporting the same problem by a different customer.

• Actively develop product knowledge, strive to become expert in the SAP Cloud Identity Services, and work to enhance support processes.
