PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Provides support on all Total Rewards aspects for the Market Unit CEE (Central and Eastern Europe) mainly focus on Bulgaria, Romania and Slovenia countries. This can include program design, implementation, communication, administration, execution and continuous improvement of existing processes and new Total Reward business solutions.
Member of the MEE Total Rewards team such as the broader local HR team in the Market Unit and a member of the extended global TR community, supporting business and geographic Total Reward requirements.

Role reports into the MEE Total Rewards Lead.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Work location: Sofia 

  • Works in close collaboration with the local HR teams and the broader MEE Total Rewards team on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the end-to-end Total Rewards processes, practices and procedures within one or more topic areas
  • Supports the creation, delivery and adoption of innovative Total Reward products and solutions in line with global strategic objectives, financial budgets, local legislation, regulatory and business requirements as requested by the Board, Senior HR Leadership and the Business
  • Drives the year end cycle to ensure timely and accurate completion. Throughout the cycle, ensures regular and timely communication is provided to local and global managers and provides detailed briefings to HR and other stakeholders as required
  • Supports operational work to implement Total Reward programs and plans, manage (local) projects, and ensures plans and programs are legally compliant, market competitive and cost effective
  • Designs and manages Benefits programs including the relationship with the vendors
  • Conducts competitive market intelligence / analysis through regular benchmark survey participation and pulse surveys, ad hoc per business request

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor or Masters in Business Administration / HR or comparable field
  • Experience in working remotely within a global / multinational company
  • Knowledge of compensation & benefits regulations for the geographical area of responsibility
  • Experience in managing multiple tasks / projects simultaneously
  • Able to work flexibly including out-of-hours calls and some travel
  • Good communication and influencing skills
  • Able to establish good working relationships with different stakeholders considering the various business needs
  • IT affinity, able to learn and use various in-house IT-systems, advanced excel skills

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • At least 2-4 years’ experience in a professional HR role covering preferably as well Total Rewards aspects
