What you`ll do:
Location: Sofia (office attendance 3 times a week)
Schedule: 20/30/40 hours a week (can be adjusted ccording to your study workload)
Lenght: 6 months
· Perform Service/System monitoring and Event Management
· Perform Incident Management with low to moderate complexity and ensure customer SLAs are met
· Execute predefined actions (Recommended Actions) to resolve incidents
· Escalate major issues to the BTP Cloud Engineering or Development teams
· Drive customer communication during critical events
· Perform proactive Problem Management
· Participate in Continuous Improvement activities
· Engage in a cross-functional collaborative environment
What you bring:
· Currently enrolled at BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science or related technical field is a plus. We encourage candidates from all academic backgrounds to apply.
· Critical thinking and the ability to work efficiently in emergency situations
· Excellent communication skills
· Fluency in English
Meet your team:
The Customer Services & Delivery (CS&D) board area is responsible for the operations of SAP’s Business Technology Platform – the platform of the Intelligent Enterprise that includes technologies like SAP Integration Suite, SAP Extension Suite, SAP HANA, SAP Analytics, and Intelligent Technologies. Our CS&D Core Cloud Operations team ensures 24/7 system monitoring, participates in incident management, and drives improvement via our problem management process. We work closely with all T&I product development teams according to the DevOps principles.
