Role Description

The Total Rewards team develops, manages and continually improves compensation and benefits solutions. We have created a comprehensive package of benefit offerings in line with the best market practices.  

The TR intern will support the administration, maintenance and further continuous improvement of local benefits offerings. The work involves close collaboration with the local TR partner, colleagues from other HR functions and regional TR team, as well as direct communication with local internal customers (SAP employees) and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support operational activities related to local benefits administration
  2. Administrate local Flexible benefits tool
  3. Communicate with local benefit vendors and prepare monthly orders
  4. Deliver cards and documents to employees
  5. Prepare reports for Payroll
  6. Respond to employee requests related to benefits
  7. Other ad hoc activities in the TR and Benefits field

Education and qualifications / Skills and competencies

  • Professional communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Ability to plan and organize work well
  • Ability to work with confidential information 
  • Attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, self-driven attitude
  • Customer oriented
  • Ability to work in international teams where team members are in different locations and belong to different cultures
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in written and verbal Bulgarian & English
  • No previous working experience required

Contract information

  • Full-time (100%) employment
  • 6 months’ contract
