About the team

SAP Globalization Services supports Intelligent Enterprises to go global and empowers every customer to succeed globally and locally.  As part of our team, you will be working with product management team responsible to meet legal regulations and specific business processes for several countries.

 

The role

In this role, you’ll:

Provide general support on operational daily activities, especially in administrative and financial tasks in a very global and virtual team.

The tasks will include (but not limited to):

  • Managing purchasing orders: IT equipment, internal/external events agencies, training suppliers, in different countries.
  • Assigning employees into projects/activities via internal systems (staffing lists)
  • Communicate in English, via e-mails and calls with colleagues spread globally
  • Be ready to patiently respond all colleagues’ operational queries
  • Updating and managing excel spreadsheets regarding financial and controlling activities
  • Contacting external suppliers (local and global) whenever needed
  • Tracking employees time recordings and ensure that its compliance achieves 100%
  • Exhibit all the SAP passions: Success, Accountability, Professionalism, Integrity

 

Role requirements

  • Student (f/m/d) of university degree on business administration, communication, economics, or related field
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Fluent in written and oral English
  • Open minded, problem-solving aptitude and positive spirit
  • Detail oriented, focused on quality and process efficiency
  • Proactive and independent worker

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
