What you'll do

 

  • Gain in-depth process and tools-related knowledge and contribute to conceptional improvements
  • Maintain internal communication platforms (e.g. SharePoint, Wiki)
  • Generate regular reports and presentations
  • Maintain development tools systems (EPPM, cProjects, Lucid, CATS etc.) for SAP Enterprise Adoption
  • Optional: develop own and extend existing tools to make team’s work more efficient
  • You will be able to learn and understand how SAP Enterprise Adoption COO Team runs its business in a very dynamic and challenging environment

 

What you bring

 

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred field(s) of study: Technology, Natural Sciences, Business or related
  • Computer skills: very good MS Office knowledge, especially familiar with Excel (incl. macros), PowerPoint and Outlook, programming skills are a plus
  • Language skills: fluent German and English
  • Soft skills: independent working style, capability to work precisely and reliable, user-focused, quality- and result-driven, very good communication skills, team and user-focused spirit
  • Previous experience as a working student (f/m/d) at an enterprise would be an advantage
  • Long-term cooperation aspired

 

Meet your team


Within SAP Enterprise Adoption, the Operations team drives all topics around unit-wide operations, tools, processes, as well as internal and external communications. You will be part of a small team dedicated to support colleagues in SAP Enterprise Adoption in all tool-related tasks and matters.

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
