What you’ll do

We seek passionate software developers with excellent technical skills and an aptitude for translating business requirements into technical solutions. As a cloud application developer (associate) (f/m/d), you will focus on the following tasks:

• Implement product backlogs in time, with high-quality built-in, using appropriate technology, test-driven-development, peer reviews, and automated unit tests.
• Deliver cloud-native design and microservices development considering resilience, performance, and scale.
• Demonstrate full responsibility for accepted tasks and demonstrate high quality, speed, reliability, and efficiency. 
• Enhance skills beyond core functional focus and work on other tasks for the team's benefit.
• Have proficient overall product knowledge and share domain expertise within the team.

What you bring

• Excellent programming skills in Java and Node.JS and experience using development frameworks and tools like GIT, Jenkins, Eclipse, Java Spring, a.o.
• Solid knowledge of modern agile software engineering and design methods
• Curiosity and openness to new technologies as well as a team- and goal-oriented active working style
• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, Natural Science, Business Engineering, or a related discipline
• Fluent English and German language skills both oral and written

Beneficial

• Development experience in SAP UI5 and oData 
• Hands-on experience in developing cloud-native applications
