What you'll do

 

SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) is SAP’s largest and fastest-growing cloud offering, serving more than 3500 customer world-wide. Each customer has a personal contact (called Client Delivery Manager - CDM) to plan and coordinate activities in their cloud landscapes. The CDM’s job is to ensure SAP fulfills all contractual obligations and that our customers are satisfied with our service. Your job is to support the CDMs with their customer engagement activities.

 

Examples could be to: 

  • Prepare customer facing presentations and reports etc.
  • Search for specific information or experts within the organization to solve specific customer issues
  • Create regional or customer-specific reports and analyses
  • Analyze customer feedback and report to management
  • Support internal improvement projects
  • Support during customer escalations

 

You work with an international team of people who are passionate about their job and their customers. You get to learn a lot about Cloud services and how customers leverage SAP’s cloud offering. Every day is different and brings new challenges and opportunities to learn. All the while you get a good overview of SAP’s cloud technologies and business solutions and how cloud operations work.

 

There is no travel involved – we encourage working from the office but working from home is also possible. Hours are flexible but should stable so that people know when you are in and reachable. 

 

What you bring

 

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: business or communication
  • Computer skills: Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Teams
  • Language skills: fluent in English, German is a big plus
  • Soft skills: team player, good communicator, well-organized, pro-active and helpful

 

Meet your team

 

Client Delivery Engagement as part of the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Organization is SAP’s face to our cloud customers. We interact with them on a daily basis, coordinate activities, solve issues and ensure customers get the best service. We have regular customer calls, collaborate with the technical delivery teams, sales and other SAP organizations as part of our “customer advocate” role within SAP.

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
