ABOUT THE TEAM

Mission Critical Support is a customer facing organization within the Board Area  Customer Solution Support and Innovation focusing on converting highly critical customer situations back to regular business.
As part of SAPs support processes, Mission Critical Support escalations represent the highest support level, addressing complex situations with major business impact and highest visibility.
We are constantly striving for simplifications and improvements of our team’s efficiency and we are looking for talented and motivated students to support internal tasks of our team of escalation managers and project administration.

 

THE ROLE

As a student in our team, you will experience how the support organization of a world leading software company works, understand the business requirements of a highly volatile environment and how to deal with highly critical and complex situations.
While working on the topics you will get in touch with many different areas in SAP, not only support, also consulting, sales or controlling colleagues will work with you.
Your primary focus will be on supporting the colleagues in our department in their daily work to organize projects and tasks. Mainly with Microsoft Office

products and partially with SAP internal systems. This includes driving single tasks and maybe also bigger topics and projects to run our business.

 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences

  • Language skills: Fluency in English; German would be a plus
  • Computer skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Soft skills: Very good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills; high personal level of quality awareness and ability to structure yourself and your tasks; result driven; open minded and positive attitude
  • Others: General interest and curiosity towards the technical execution of data preparation and visualization

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
