The Product Advisory and Partner Success Team provides proactive guidance on applying SuccessFactors HR SaaS products in a way that is in line with today’s and tomorrow’s product capabilities. We provide leading industry best practices in the form of Implementation Design Principles (IDPs) documents to all implementation partners and customers. We do this by actively collaborating with key implementation partners and SAP professional services to prioritize and create IDPs addressing prevalent challenges. 

In addition, we provide continuous input to product roadmap based on customer engagements and market relevance to further improve the overall implementation experience and actively work with other teams within SAP, for example SAP Best Practices, to make sure IDPs are applied consistently. 



  • Develop integration and extension prototypes for SuccessFactors to be used in the context of Implementation Design Principles (IDPs).  SAP Work Zone for HR (SAP’s Cloud digital workplace solution) is one of the focus topics right now.
  • Develop a prototype of a conversational chat bot to guide partners on product implementation questions.
  • Configure customer scenarios in our SuccessFactors demo environment to support validation of advice provided by IDPs.
  • Help with the creation of IDP documents.
  • Manage & facilitate IDP Publication Process (includes updating JAM for IDP Newsletter, Updating NL subscribers, submit IDPs on SAP Media & the like)


  • Student (f/m/d) at university or university of applied sciences
  • Preferred field(s) of study: Computer Science
  • Computer skills: 
    • Experience in MS Power Point, Word and Excel
    • Understanding basics of Java, Java Script, webhooks and APIs consumption
    • OpenUI5, OpenSocial gadgets, AI or chat bot programming skill is a plus
  • Language skills: fluent English and good writing skills 
  • Soft skills: Fast learning, good networking capabilities, persistent
  • Others: 
    • Willingness to learn using and configuring SaaS applications for Human Resources
    • Accuracy and attention to details in terms of creating high quality documents and software prototypes

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
