What you'll do


The EMEA Field Marketing Experience, Sponsorships and Events Team acts as trusted advisor for Branding, Sponsorships and Corporate Events in the region with focus on its home market, Germany. The team works closely with stakeholders in the market units as well as with global teams to provide an outstanding and unique experience for our audiences along the long-term SAP strategy.

 

Tasks:

  • Diverse projects in the fields of brand and advertising
  • Supporting the roll-out of a global, integrated marketing campaign in German speaking countries
  • Supporting the localization and adaptation of global marketing materials for the German market
  • Assisting the project management team with day-to-day business operations
  • Developing and delivering communication activities to increase awareness (internal and external)
  • Supporting the project management for events
  • Working in international project teams


What you bring

 

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or similar
  • Computer skills: general PC proficiency and knowledge of software applications, e.g. MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Language skills: fluent English and German
  • Soft skills: 
    • Creativity
    • Excellent communication skills
    • High level of commitment and initiative
    • Fun working in a team
  • Benefit: first experience in marketing and/or communications and internships in English speaking countries are an advantage

The regional marketing supports Sales and Consulting to position SAP as solution provider of innovative solutions and as trusted partner in EMEA (Europe, Middle-East and Africa). 
The EMEA Field Marketing Experience, Sponsorships and Events Team acts as an advisor for Branding, Sponsorships and Corporate Events in the region with focus on its home market, Germany. The team works closely with stakeholders in the market units as well as with global teams to provide an outstanding and unique experience for our audiences along the long-term SAP strategy.

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
