Team Leader:
•    Day to day management of SDRs including weekly structure (marketing, sales)
•    Lead 1to1’s 
•    Onboarding new SDRs
•    Leverage daily reports and dashboards ie activity levels
•    Lead on team huddles and meetings
•    Help with troubleshooting  (ie when calls not going well, time management, RSE relationships etc)
•    Spot checking activity (emails and SFDC)
•    Alignment with marketing 
•    First line interviewing
