Team Overview
The role of the Global Demand Center is to develop end-to-end marketing programs that deliver demand to the business. The Global Demand Center teams collaborate with the CMSO teams to identify demand objectives, the Field Marketing teams to validate the demand routes and tactics, and business management teams to determine financial resources to create programs that deliver on the business’s demand needs.

GDC is our global engine for scalable practices, delivering business outcomes through efficient and data driven digital marketing programs and tactics. The Demand Center Regional Hubs are the arms into the regions and MUs, identifying local and regional demand needs, working with the Integrated Demand Teams and channels to implement Integrated Demand Programs. Engaging with local marketing teams, they will support high engagement marketing as well as optimize the performance of programs and channels that 
are being executed in their regions.

The Role
EMEA Regional Hub: Regional Program Lead
Ensure coordinated, optimal execution of program in the region, specifically:
•    Collaborate with IDT global program leads to ensure the program scope meets regional needs
•    Safeguard that all elements are deployed per integrated demand plan
•    Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
•    Collaborate with the virtual in-Hub channel specialists and analyst community to execute the program
•     Ongoing coordination and stakeholder management with Field Marketing

Specific accountabilities include (but not exclusive):
•    Assess channel investment mix and proactively propose optimizations and aligns adjustments with IDT
•    Review Global program content in US EN and secure regional fit 
•    Adapt and localize content matrix and add MUs specific content (customer stories, …)
•    Sign off media brief and plan including content matrix, organic and paid media plan
•    Decide on localisation across MUs based on market potential

Engage with MUs to secure on time localisation reviews   
•    Monitor program activation, this includes safeguarding planning and go live dates, across all covered languages (e.g. landing pages, web pages, nurture emails etc.)
•     Plan tele capacity needs based on investment and ensure MUs are briefed to enable local Tele resources. 
•    Proactively monitor performance across all channels and MUs and collaborate with relevant virtual team member(s) in IDT, in the Hub or in Field Marketing to engage change and optimization

Experience & Key skills
•    Minimum 1-5 years’ experience in digital marketing with multiple tactics, paid & organic
•    Experience in designing integrated always on dynamic cross channel customer journeys
•    Knowledge of high-tech industry 
•    Data driven digital first mindset & natural leadership Strong in Web Analytics: Experience with Adobe Omniture/Google Analytics
•    Strong in Web Optimization: Experience with Adobe Experience Manager
•    Hands on experience with Marketing Automation is a plus (SMC/ Marketo)
•    Experience in one or more digital tactics: Nurture (Automated, digital nurturing including retargeting/ routing/ scoring/ email/ human), SEO and/ or DMP/ DCO (Data Management Platform/ Dynamic Content Optimization)
•    Excellent organizational and planning skills
•    Strong team player who loves to connect, collaborate and supports a sharing culture
•    Positive hands-on and pro-active attitude
•    Excellent communication skills in English

Education and Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required



•    Flexibility on location across EMEA North region
