Job Overview:
Reporting to the Nordic Marketing Director the Marketing specialist’s mission is to drive growth, you will generate new prospects and nurture existing opportunities for the sales team in a scalable and agile way across the Nordic countries and EMEA North Region.
Responsibilities:
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing innovative and omnichannel marketing programs to drive growth.
Working together with our Jr Marketing executive and partnering with different areas across the organizations like
Sales, Market Development, Product Marketing, Global MarComs, Global Marketing Operations and Global Social and in-country SAP marketing teams, he/she will be expected to drive successful marketing programs for his/her market segment.
This service oriented, goal driven marketer passioned for creating programs that drive demand; nurture leads; build pipelines; and enable sales teams to exceed their quotas, has a proven success running data-driven marketing programs that deliver measurable revenue growth; and a track record of collaborating with sales to deliver the marketing tools they need to win.
Position Requirements:
- 2-5 years of marketing execution experience
- Working in a multi-national company
- Experience working with sales and other stakeholders
- Experience in B2B marketing
- Experience in the IT industry
- Experience with MS Office applications, CRM (Salesforce.com), marketing automation (Marketo), content and calendar management tools, analytics and campaign tracking tools (Tableau).
- Fluent in English and Swedish or Finnish.

- Must be able to take leadership, initiative and accountability to drive business objectives.

- Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, events and projects.
- Ability to create compelling content required in an overall demand creation approach.
- Ability to develop both a campaign strategy and have attention to tactical details.
