SAP HCM Local Product Manager for Sweden

About the role

As a part of the Globalization Services team dealing with the localization of the SAP HCM solution in Sweden, you will be responsible for monitoring legal changes that impact the payroll calculation, post payroll reporting. You will be in charge of drafting legal requirements, functional validation of the realized changes, the content of the written documentation until the final delivery.

 

In this role you will be responsible for the following:

  • Proactive collect information provided by authorities for handling of e.g. social insurances, pension reporting, tax calculation and reporting. This also includes changes within major collective agreements for both Private and Public sector.
  • Identify the legal changes that require an adaptation of the delivered Swedish localization for Master data, Time, Payroll and Travel expenses. 
  • Drafting of the legal requirements for the development teams and the test catalog, too. Provide presentation and deliver support to the development teams.
  • Participate in the testing phase. (Configuration and execution of the scenarios of the test catalog). Participate in the preparation of system documentation and implementation documentation.
  • Ensure the deployment of functionalities to the SAP ecosystem.
  • Present legal changes through local user organization in Sweden called SAPSA.
  • Support the delivery of local legal changes for Financials
  • Assist support teams in resolving issues reported as customer incidents.
  • Ensure exchanges with:
    • other Local Product Managers in the Nordics
    • customers, partners and in collaboration with other local Payroll vendors.
  • Support sales and presales organization. 

 

What do you need to bring?

  • Consultant or payroll management experience of SAP solutions.
  • Very good knowledge of SAP HCM on-premise.
  • Knowledge in SuccessFactors and Concur would be a plus.
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish payroll
  • Teamwork attitude and analytical mindset. 
  • Native/Fluent in Swedish language and fluent in English.
