Job overview:
The Client Marketing Manager is charged with championing customer marketing. Your key objective is to deliver an integrated plan of marketing programs, events and communications that drive three focus areas: customer satisfaction, up-sell of additional products & retention, loyalty and ability to reference

In particular, this role is responsible for understanding overall SMB business goals and working collaboratively with broader team to successfully plan, coordinate, launch and measure marketing programs to meet those goals.


  • Client communications – develop compelling and engaging marketing communication strategies and plans for SMB clients
  • Integrated campaigns – edit and deploy campaigns targeted at driving awareness, engagement and purchase
  • Client content – develop portfolio of vehicles (web, social, written, videos, etc.) to deliver the appropriate content to the existing client community
  • Client events – orchestrate and deliver a series of live and virtual client events to deliver against goals – these include user groups webinars, round tables, workshops, etc.
  • Client references – work collaboratively with the sales teams to ensure a library of client references (written and video case studies and speakers) are available and recruited into the Client Reference Program
  • Nurture strategy – devise, execute and measure success of nurture programs designed to ensure key client communications are delivered automatically and in a timely manner to new onboarding clients
  • Budget management – manage assigned budget for any activity, including invoicing process

Education, Experience & Training Required

  • University degree in a related field of study
  • 5-10 years’ experience in marketing or communications
  • Fluency in MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRM (, marketing automation (Marketo) and campaign tracking tools a plus
