PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:

•    Application specific solution consulting (for a specific application: building business case, advising on leading practices, conducting fit-gap workshops, implementation based on cloud deployment methodologies, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support and post go live support)
•    Support in escalated projects/ renewal requests 
•    Performance of feasibility studies/ responding to RFPs/RFIs
•    Support pre-sales activities/ scoping/ system demo
•    Support project management and solution architecture


EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

•    Support account team to build business case, qualify business drivers
•    Support scoping workshops and emphasize customer side readiness activities 
•    Validate effort estimates and high level implementation timelines 
•    Support customer to complete online learning (Project team orientation and virtual admin training)
•    Take responsibility from time to time as a business consultant, project lead, expert consultant
•    Take responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development tasks 
•    Detailed planning and delivery of solution/ process implementation across all related applications 
•    Work collaboratively with consultants to manage project deliverables
•    Demonstrating profound knowledge of modelling standards and tools
•    Building knowledge in features and configuration of SAP Successfactors Modules
•    HR domain knowledge related to the business processes for discussions with HR leaders
•    Ensure customer is referenceable, work with broader SAP teams to create collateral (e.g., success stories, references, videos, quotes etc) 
•    Contribution to reusable content and innovation in virtual communities
•    Contribution to lead generation
•    Share lessons learned and new tips and information
•    Understand and ensures that quality standards are met
•    Apply methods and tools appropriate to specific needs of the project
•    Identify opportunities for continuous improvement 


CERTIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

•    Certified and Working experience in minimum 3 (three) of the following SAP SuccessFactors Modules – 
o    Recruiting (RCM, RMK)
o    Onboarding (ONB 2.0)
o    Learning (LMS) 
o    Employee Central (EC)
o    Workforce Analytics (WFA) or People Analytics.
•    3-5 years of ‘hands on’ consulting experience covering SAP SuccessFactors processes
•    Sufficient HR domain knowledge related to the products for discussions with HR leaders
•    Good understanding of SAP Cloud Implementation Methodology.
•    Good knowledge of Project management and Collaboration tools.
•    Ability to review existing processes then give accurate estimation and scoping for new SAP Successfactors implementation / migrations


TRAVEL:

•    Work is up to 60% remote (customer sessions may require onsite presence/ travel)
•    Ad-hoc on-site visits for workshops, testing, planning or meetings are required

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

•    English: Fluent/ Working Level. 
•    Knowledge of additional language will be preferred. 
•    Formal certification and education qualification in HR domain will be additional advantage. 
•    University degree or equivalent work experience
