PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
In Total Rewards we are responsible for one of the most important balance sheets of a company: What an employee gives to the company and what one gets back in return. 
As a HR Total Rewards Expert you are involved in the heart and soul of Total Rewards work and would be with us on our journey towards the future of pay at SAP. 
The Total Rewards Equity Expert will be focused on helping to model and chart out the future equity investments that SAP will be making into our colleagues.  
How will you do this?  
RESPONSIBILITIES 
·    You will be a global leader on the topic of equity compliance for SAP globally, a hands-on comp modeler and compliance partner for SAP partnering with some the best global experts in the

      industry.
·    You will play a critical leading role during regular equity plan reviews ,working closely with a great team of cross-functional experts at SAP. 
·    You will work as part of agile TR teams, so-called Big Bet groups, where you will work to ensure that our equity plans not only stay compliant, but are also competitive with our industry.
·    You will have a close-up view of SAP’s global TR transformation and work closely with TR leadership as well as other stakeholders throughout SAP.
EXPECTATIONS
·    You have very advanced knowledge of Excel, IPP, budgeting, and global finance and HR compliance topics, particularly global equity rules and regulations.
·    You take vision and turn it into action and quickly share your insights with others.
·    You love the topic of Total Rewards investment such as variable and equity and have a burning interest in the role that both can play in a leading technology company, especially in the Cloud

      industry.
·    You have a passion for collaboration with others, are a self-starter, and love to communicate across all levels of an organization.
·    You appreciate innovation and challenging change processes.
WORK EXPERIENCE / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

·    10 plus or more years experience in a Finance, Controlling, or Total Rewards function. 
·    Previous experience dealing directly with compliance topics as a subject matter expert
·    Fresh eye/open minded towards learning from other global TR experts on the team and working with external consultants to stay on top of latest industry trends. 
·    Relentless focus on growing your business acumen and thinking through ways in which you can add value in support of our global TR priorities.
·    Experience working across cross-functional teams and time zones is a plus.
·    Outstanding problem-solving skills in an agile and dynamic environment.    
·    Fluent in English.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredit institution 
Prior Human Resources or Total Rewards experience is a plus. 
Business consultancy experience on equity topic is also plus.
