About The Role


We are looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager, Customer Data Platform powered by AI/ML (m/f/d) with strategic thinking for our AI/ML functionality that consists of high performing and self-driven Data Science professionals who are working on a range of challenging problems in the RTIM, Marketing, Customer Identity Management space. This role reports into the Head of Product Management and will work closely with the rest of the executive team in setting the roadmap, analyzing, and defining the projects and executing on them. You are expected to be a Technology thought leader, a deep subject matter expert in the AI/ML domain who will be a go to advisory person for the leadership team. You will make decisions regarding the AI tools and platforms, represent the company in the AI/ML forums, collaborate with our external research partners for developing cutting edge solutions in the space.

Key Responsibilities


  • Drive technology decisions regarding AI/ML platforms and tools
  • Helps build roadmaps, define projects, and drive timely execution
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team and will be a go-to advisory person in the domain
  • Collaborate with external research partners in driving strategic projects
  • Drive SAP CDP, to become a market leader in CDP space and make CDP Intelligence platforms a core solution for SAP CX
  • Build cutting edge and industry defining AI/ML advanced features in our CDP and CIAM products.


Examples Include But Not Limited To


  • Develop and Implement State-of-the-Art Machine Learning Scalable Algorithms for real-time personalization, next best action, user journey orchestration, cyber-risk/compliance, and regulatory management decisions for our product lines.
  • enterprise-grade real-time interaction management AI experience in deployed products


Skills And Experience

  • AI/ML & Data Analytics Leadership experience
  • 10+ years’ overall experience in Strategy/Product management as well as Execution/Take to Market of which 5+ years should be directly in AI/ML hands-on leadership and expertise
  • Enterprise SaaS experience is required for this role.
  • Experience working with Product Managers to develop Use Cases and bringing market, industry and consumer centric products to life
  • CX focused Industry/allied domains experience is a plus



  • Bachelor's Science (any) Degree is required
