PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Partner Experience Delivery is a global organization focused on the proactive and reactive development of over 6,000 SAP partners globally (Channel, Service, and Software). We offer a range of enablement and support services to SAP’s Partner Ecosystem.

We are developing our team to support our partners to continually grow in size and enable increased revenue growth. This is an exciting time for the PXM as the scope and responsibilities are evolving.

This opportunity is a highly responsible Relationship Management role where the candidate develops and maintains a 1:1 professional relationship with a number of designated SAP Partners.

The Partner Experience Manager (PXM) will maintain focus on increasing partner satisfaction and productivity, while contributing to SAP’s growth strategy. The PXM is also responsible for building a network of strong relationships with key stakeholders inside the SAP organization, to ensure that there is full alignment in communicating with our partners.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Experience in a previous account or partner management experience
  • Proven experience in one of the following industries:
  • Account Management in the Software / IT Industry sector
  • Pre-Sales

  • Partner management
  • Consulting
  • Creative thinking, willingness and ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies
  • A pro-active and result-oriented team-player with strong communication skills
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Confidence working across all levels in an organisation and possess strong stature and presence. Must be highly credible both internally and externally
  • Experience with support systems, message handling and remote communication tools as well as Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English

DESIRABLE SKILLS

  • Knowledge and technical experience with SAP would be an advantage
  • Business/IT Degree

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Clear understanding of partnership management in IT space
  • Knowledge of sales/marketing & partner relationship process
  • Understanding of end-to-end business processes
  • Demonstrable strong interpersonal and team-working abilities, coaching skills an advantage
  • Problem analysis and problem resolution abilities
  • Strong level of business credibility from the partner’s perspective, as such a strong IT/Software industry background is an advantage
  • Relationship building/networking capabilities
  • Troubleshooting issues in the Partnership program, processes as well as systems and portals.
