About the role
Adoption is a critical pillar of our SAP Corporate Strategy and growth ambitions. To ensure we are successful in achieving these ambitions, the North America Marketing organization is prioritizing the development of its adoption strategy as an integral part of its Winning Plan. To that end, we are looking for a unique individual that will plan and execute marketing programs designed to drive adoption and consumption of ISBN LoB solutions in alignment with our overall business objectives and ensuring customers receive the lifetime value of their SAP ISBN investments.
The Customer Marketing Lead – NA ISBN is responsible for influencing our customer and adoption marketing strategy to support SAP’s growth ambition in alignment with our ISBN Winning Plan. The role will work closely with key stakeholders in NA Cloud Success (CSS) Organization for ISBN, CSS Adoption teams, Regional Field Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and CMSO teams.
The role will also provide critical input into the marketing strategies and solution growth plans for the ISBN sub-solution areas of Procurement, Travel & Expense, External Workforce and SAP Business Network RISE, in partnership with the respective market strategy teams.
The lead will collaborate with a team of M&S strategists in creating accountability for execution around core adoption strategy pillars. To ensure flawless execution, this team will also work horizontally, and in close concert, with existing ISBN M&S teams (i.e. Solution Management, Solution Marketing, ISBN Commercialization, ISBN Community, etc.), in developing and executing an integrated M&S approach to our adoption strategy.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary Point of Contact (POC) for North America Marketing into the NA CSS organization for ISBN, consulting on intent of the ISBN Winning plan and expected outcomes of regional integrated customer marketing program execution.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to the NA CSS ISBN Leaders, providing direct insight into the priorities of the Office of the CMSO and offering advocacy and escalation of regional market needs and priorities.
- Partner with the ISBN Cloud Success Services organization to aggregate customer marketing activities in a consumable and scalable way; align and prioritize regional differences and gaps to the Winning Plan
- Serve as the Voice of the CSP into the ISBN Marketing & Solutions Leadership team to drive continuous assessment and strategic direction of the overall business growth plan.
- Work collaboratively across a global, matrixed organization to build alignment on strategic direction and required investment and to ensure successful execution of the growth plan.
- Lead with a market-driven mindset and outside perspective to help define the marketing & solutions strategy and plans to support the ISBN adoption strategy
- Possess very strong cross-functional stakeholder management and executive-level communications skills.
- Demonstrate an ability to lead and influence strategically, across functional areas and teams.
- Bring passion and a strong understanding of ISBN growth strategy and ambitions.
Experience
- Cloud software experience
- 3+ years' Customer Engagement experience or Account Based Marketing experience
- ISBN knowledge and experience
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 97,000 - 213,800 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
