ポジションのミッション

- HANA Enterprise Cloudの運用とSAP HANAの導入・拡張を推進し、極めて重要なオペレーションにエンタープライズクラスのクラウドサービスを提供すること

- コストとリスクを抑えて迅速なTime to Valueに焦点を当てたリアルタイムクラウドプラットフォーム、インフラ、管理サービスの運用を行うこと

役割

- クラウド上のSAP HANAシステムへスムーズに移行できるよう、HECテクノロジーに関するあらゆるトピックを扱う重要な窓口としての対応

- 最新の技術、製品、イノベーションを用いたソリューション・ランドスケープの設計、設定、運用を含む、さまざまなソリューションやテクノロジーの実装と移行

- Private Cloud EnterpriseとHANA Enterprise Cloudにおけるシステムランドスケープのプロビジョニングとアップグレードの管理

- RISEセールス/エンゲージメントとECSテクニカルエキスパートの間の仲介役としての対応

- 高い顧客満足度の確保のため、ECSの組織内外の様々なチームとの協力や顧客とのやり取り

- プロジェクトのオンボーディングにおいて、パートナー/システムインテグレータの運用レベルでの管理

- オンボーディング/マイグレーションフェーズにおいて、お客様から信頼されるアドバイザーとしての役割

必須要件

- コンピュータサイエンスまたは関連分野での学士資格

- 10年以上のランドスケーププロビジョニング、インストール、移行、リリースアップグレードの管理/実行経験

- 5年以上のSAP Basisに関する経験

- 5年以上のプロジェクトマネジメントの経験。

- 最低3年以上の顧客対応経験、および危機的状況の打開に優れた指揮能力

- データセンター移行の経験

- ITバックエンド技術に関する豊富な経験

- 日本語流暢

-英語ビジネスレベル

歓迎要件

- SAP Next Generationソリューションとサービス（S4HANA Cloud, Analytics, SCP, Cloud, Mobility, HANA, Sybase）に対する理解。

- Azure、AWS、GCP等のハイパースケーラの基礎知識
