当該ポジションは、Customer Services & Deliveryボードエリア内のSAP Enterprise Cloud Services(ECS)に属し、HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC)、 S/4HANA private cloud edition、S/4HANA Cloud extended Edition、HANA Enterprise Cloud advanced Edition そしてCloud Application Services (CAS) ソリューションを扱っています。
期待と課題
お客様やパートナーに信頼される技術アドバイザーとして、お客様のビジネス要件や問題を分析し、SAP Enterprise Cloud Servicesや他のSAP部門と連携して、お客様に質の高いサービスを提供し、技術的な複雑さを解決し、一貫して高品質のサービスをデリバリーすることが期待されています。
具体的には:
- 技術やイノベーションに関するディスカッションのためのお客様の主要な窓口となり、技術的な問題のエスカレーションポイントとしての機能
- ソリューションとサービスを提案するために、お客様のビジネス、目標、課題を理解し、 顧客に価値を提供するSAP Enterprise Cloud Servicesの提供物の特定
- SAP S/4HANAのアーキテクチャ、変換、移行パス、方法論、ツールに関する包括的な知識の提供
- SAPの高可用性または災害復旧アーキテクチャ、ネットワーク、仮想技術(ロードバランサ、仮想マシン)の理解
- SAP NetWeaverの管理、移行、アップグレードに関する経験および知識
- 主要な問題を特定し、サービスプランを定義し、顧客ランドスケープ全体で特定されたアクションアイテムの実装を推進
- 様々なSAPクラウドソリューションとSAPシステムとSCP、アリバ、サクセスファクターズなどの統合シナリオの理解
- システムのパフォーマンスと可用性を最大化するための最適なSAP構成を設計
必須要件
- 最低3年以上の SAP Basis の運用経験
- 顧客対応経験
- Unix/Linuxフレーバーに関する実務経験
- SAP HANAとSybaseのデータベースに関する実務経験
- 日本語レベル:ビジネスレベル上級 (顧客対応)
- 英語レベル:ビジネスレベル以上 (社内での口語、メール、電話)
歓迎条件
- プロジェクトマネジメント経験
- ハイパースケーラ認定資格(AWS、Azure、GCP)
- SAP認定資格保持
- コンピュータサイエンス、エンジニアリング、情報 いずれかの分野で学士号以上
- 分析的で、解決志向が強く、異文化チームとの協働経験
