The Premium Hub - Center of Expertise (CoE), part of SAP Success Delivery Center, has the goal and mission to ensure optimal performance, availability and smooth operation of SAP software as well as to optimize technical and business processes


Summary:

As a Business Process Architect, you will analyze SAP solutions and for our Public Sector customers in Canada and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives. 

For this role we are looking for experienced and passionate IT Planning expert with excellent technical and communication skills. This role provides you opportunities to work with a variety of SAP products and technologies in all industry segments. Since we provide services at our customer sites, business travel will be an essential part of this role.
 

Experience:

  • Strong Knowledge over the capabilities offered by one of the hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP) for SAP deployments in terms of Technical Architecture and Infrastructure
  • Ability to define the technical architecture for SAP landscape on hyperscalers or on-premise and determine the infrastructure requirements
  • Knowledge over sizing, scalability and capacity evaluation of SAP solutions running on  HANA based on the workload situation and future business growth
  • Expertise on Performance analysis and tuning of SAP applications
  • Strong knowledge over the Software Change Management concepts and ability to define the landscape (N, N+1) for a hybrid landscape (on-premise, IaaS, SaaS and PaaS(BTP)) based on the customer project schedule and project roll-out schedule
  • Strong knowledge over data volume management options/techniques (Archiving, Data tiering, NSE, PMEM)
  • Strong knowledge over one of the DB’s besides HANA
  • Knowledge over network, storage is an advantage
  • Knowledge over Integration solutions like PI/PO, Integration Suite/Integration Advisory on BTP is an advantage
  • Having knowledge on SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework and specialized in one of pillars of SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework TOGAF, SAP Enterprise Architecture certifications is a plus

 

Education/Skills:

  • At least 7+ years’ experience
  • Proficient in meeting/workshop/training facilitation
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks or projects with changing priorities
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work cross-culturally
  • Strong collaborative and problem resolution skills with good leadership, diplomacy, decision making and analytical skills
  • Be a “roll up your sleeves” contributor and able to quickly adapt concepts and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-oriented with a strong focus on details and being organized.
  • Ability to coordinate global teams and multiple organizations in support of a common goal
  • Strong writing, decision making, communication, leadership, and meeting facilitation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to earn trust and respect from colleagues and upper management
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, lead by example, and achieve extraordinary results
