YOUR FUTURE ROLE

 

You will focus on business transformational program management and at many times more than one program at a major client, which requires the combination of deep subject matter and/or industry expertise (e.g. Financial Services, Telecom/Utilities, Retail, Public Sector, Oil & Gas etc.) in consulting, project and program management. The ideal candidate will have had proven customer-facing experience, as well as exposure to compliance, strategy development, and supporting the license and consulting sales and bid management processes.

 

The Delivery Executive/Lead typically manages:

 

Both small and large complex international programs
recovery of troubled programs and high impact escalations with the aim of zero escalation
management bids for SAP or our partner alliance
co-management of delivery and sales
Support multiple projects as a Delivery Lead and Consultant where required

 

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Delivery

 

Effectively manage and lead, programs and projects to ensure successful completion and significant impact on customer business KPI. Work with Customer Stakeholders and Senior SAP Management
Development of solid project & program plans, with milestones and clear deliverables (in IT and business terms), and furthermore, quick execution on the plans, handling any issues and objections. 
Build credibility / trust with assigned (regional) customers already during the deal execution phase. 
Over-achieving  of Consulting/Delivery  based business metrics (inclusive of Margin, Revenue, Profit, Utilization, Innovation, Client Satisfaction)
Strong understanding of internal/ external political environment with demonstrated success in managing diverse internal / external issues.
Oversee and lead the development of proposals, tenders,  and or responses to requests for proposals associated with the program in order to win new deals for SAP with minimal risks
Proactively manage program stakeholder satisfaction to position and secure customer reference and success story
Maximize use of delivery within SAP and its partners to achieve cost advantages for the client and SAP.
Maximize use of multiple SAP LOB such as BTS, SDC, COE and Education to maximize value for the client and cross-sell SAP Services and Products.
As appropriate, lead the wider account team in terms of delivery and advocate sales and account expansion by working with SEM, AE and product sales colleagues on bids and proposals for new business
As appropriate, work closely with IBUs, solution management and product development by organizing systematic insights in Signavio
Deliver Signavio Roadmaps
Global and Local Rollouts using Signavio and ALM
You will work closely with our clients to deploy our Signavio solutions (Process Manager, Collaboration Hub, Workflow Accelerator), providing consulting expertise and best practice knowledge around Business Process Management methods, process modelling, process analysis, workflow, etc.
In our client engagements, you will work closely with the Signavio team on some of the following activities:
Analyze client’s requirements for their business process management initiatives and Signavio deployment
Setup Signavio solution based on client requirements
Provide guidance and best practice knowledge to ensure successful Signavio deployments and adoption
Support client’s process modelling and workflow initiatives
Provide coaching, quality assurance and Signavio training
You will collaborate with our Customer Success team to ensure long-term success of our client’s process management and Signavio efforts
Share knowledge and be an active team player to help the team meet company objectives
Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities
Coaching and Mentoring

Oversee effective project oversight and reviews to affect program success.
Serve as mentor / advisor / decision-maker to program managers for the program for issues related to corporate politics, external politics, client relations, project quality, and project risk.
Takes responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development tasks

 

Knowledge Management

 

Be part of global or regional strategic initiatives that deliver improvements in the organization's professional capability to manage portfolios, programs, and projects. Support Program Management Practice development, methodology development, creation of intellectual capital, and perform coaching and mentoring.
Ensure effective development and deployment of project management policies, procedures, quality standards, and methodologies. Oversee and promote enterprise knowledge management.
Support creation of new services and improvement of existing services in Signavio

 

EXPERIENCE

 

Functional Experience

15 or more years of recent consulting & project & program management experience and demonstrated ability to manage complex SAP programs such as global template creation and rollouts, managing large number of consultants & subcontractors, 
Proven experience with supporting customers in the development and execution of long term value realization plans that include the effective transformation of their organizational- and IT-landscapes.
Demonstrated ability to scope, structure and implement complex, but feasible programs, projects and operations that maximize business benefits for customers.
Successful track record of recovery of troubled multi-location projects/programs and their de-escalation (at least two years for Senior Delivery Executive).
Successful track record in managing, aligning and working together with different parts of large global organizations (at least two years for Senior Delivery Executive).

 

Leadership

 

strong leadership and people management skills is desirable
leading in matrix organization and without formal authority
leading complex multi-company alliances is desirable
multicultural sensitivity and work in international environment with global clients

 

International Experience

 

Solid experience in global implementation experience
 

Languages

English: Fluent
French/Dutch/Afrikaans/ Scandinavian: Beneficial

 

Education

Batchelor’s degree or equivalent
