  • The PMO role will support the Head of HR Canada to drive strategic and operational HR projects and programs for our Canadian workforce. The PMO role is key to managing all aspects of program and project planning, status updates, coordination with stakeholders and overseeing execution for projects with a Canadian scope.
  • This role partners closely with other SAP HR teams (HR Practices, HR Service Delivery , COO HR, …), key stakeholders in the Labs organization, governmental bodies and external service providers in Canada.



In close collaboration with the Head of HR Canada,

  • Drive people agenda for SAP Canada, leading/supporting strategic programs that build on SAP Canada’s position as top employer (Employer Branding, Future of Work, Diversity & Inclusion, etc.)
  • Manage Canada-specific programs like SAP Canada’s employer awards and Autism at Work, partnering with SAP Labs and external service providers
  • Define and execute strategies for the successful implementation of global HR programs in Canada
  • Driving HR Compliance topics that are required at the federal / provincial level
  • Ensure compliance with Canadian legal and reporting requirements
  • Provide operational support to Head of HR Canada and MD Labs / COO Labs on HR topics (prepare data insights, internal and external facing presentations and communications, coordinate and run quarterly meetings such as the HR Canada All Hands, manager meetings, etc. )
  • Budgeting
  • Provide communications support for HR and Canadian wide announcements
  • Owner of the SAP Canada Policy Handbook, coordinate with policy owners and update on a regular basis


  • Good project management skills
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, also with senior stakeholders
  • Stress-resilience, ability to handle multiple priorities and stay on top of things
  • Analytical mindset plus “can-do” attitude
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong focus on customer experience
  • Preferably knowledge of Canadian labor market and Canadian employee-related policies and regulations


  • 1-7 years professional work experience, ideally in HR
  • Experience in managing projects in a matrix organization
  • Experience with (SAP) HR programs, tools (IPP, BW, Success Map, …) and policies
  • Excellent knowledge of English, written and oral. French language skills are an additional asset.
