Integrated Demand Team Program Planner

Team Overview 

The role of the Global Demand Center is to develop end-to-end marketing programs that deliver demand to the business.  The Global Demand Center teams collaborate with the CMSO teams to identify demand objectives, the Field Marketing teams to validate the demand routes and tactics, and business management teams to determine financial resources to create programs that deliver on the business’s demand needs. 

 

The Role 

Key responsibilities: 

Manage tactical elements of program design & build to include:​​ 

  • Supporting coordination with channel leads ​​ 

  • Supporting agency communications and needs​​ 

  • Internal and external briefs needed to support program ​​ 

  • Owns assembly of program plan and execution guide plus additional supporting documentation and launch communications​ 

 

Key tasks and deliverables: 

  • Owns assembly of program plans plus additional supporting documentation and launch communications 

  • Works with Pod team and Channel leads to develop program-specific organic and paid media plans and execution calendar 

  • Supports MBR process with monthly forecast of MSOs based on what’s in market and pipeline for next quarter based on plans 

  • Manage and update internal program management tools, including JIRA, MPT, CLP – to support program communication and execution 

 

Experience & Key skills 

  • Minimum 6-8 years of B2B or B2C digital, high-tech marketing experience 

  • Strong written & verbal communication skills  

  • Must be proficient in marketing automation tools and their application for demand generation programs. 

  • Strong collaboration skills 

  • Must be proficient in marketing promotion strategies and have developed marketing promotion plans and executed demand generation programs 

  • Must be able to understand, critique and give feedback on content design and delivery methods. 

  • Must have working familiarity with multiple digital demand channels and their applicability within a demand generating promotion plan 

 

 Education and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
