PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The job is part of the SAP Global Services team and designed as a sales role.

SAP Services helps our customers run at their best. We empower customer success with SAP solutions through business insights developed from 45 years of SAP delivery experience working across 25 industries. Our services and support are catalysts for our customers’ unique digital transformation, enabling differentiating innovation and exceptional business outcomes.

SAP Services bundles all the competencies and solutions that are needed to help our clients succeed with their SAP applications. We offer a combination of SAP experts, methods and tools plus a comprehensive services portfolio. Our focus is on creating a long-term customer relationship to help customers seamlessly and effectively secure their business requirements with SAP software and accelerate transformation processes.

The particular focus of this position is on selling services to key customers through the successful positioning of the entire service and consulting portfolio and the successful expansion of the consulting business.

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Sales responsibility for SAP Services Key Accounts in Austria
  • Creating demand and build sustainable business at Key Accounts
  • Stakeholder and relationship management at customers
  • Acquisition of new customers and new projects with existing customers
  • Detailed account planning and account management
  • Analysis of business topics, business issues at customers and identifying opportunities
  • Positioning of the entire Consulting and Services portfolio
  • Developing deal strategies
  • Commercial design of service and consulting offers
  • Contract negotiation with regard to content and on formal level

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Required skills

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • At least 5 years of experience in key account management or large customers sales.
