Solution Sales Executive (f/m/d) SAP Commerce Cloud


SAP is looking for a, talented and ambitious individual with great energy, leadership, and drive for the fast growing and strategic applications SAP Commerce Cloud, incl. our Partner Solution Mirakl for Marketplaces. The strategic focus of the team is to bring Net New Customers to SAP Commerce Cloud in the region of MEE. The Sales and Service solutions are equally attractive to existing SAP Customers as well as those Customers currently not using SAP – thereby providing two engines of growth. In their role the Account Executive will work in partnership with the existing account-owning AE’s in the regions, and will carry quota for the SAP Commerce Cloud product sales in their region.
 
The team is part of the overall SAP Customer Experience (CX) organization in MEE, which is responsible for SAP’s CX overall solution portfolio (Sales & Service, Commerce, Customer Data Platform and Marketing). 

 
Responsibilities

  • Owning the Commerce Cloud revenue in your territory and be responsible for incremental revenue (double digit growth).
  • Develop expansion opportunities from our existing customer base.
  • Land new target accounts from prospecting efforts and assist others.
  • Refine sales messaging, prospecting, qualifying, and closing techniques.
  • Building a trustful relationship to the business-related Commerce teams of our customers.
  • Owning the end-to-end sales cycle (demand generation to closing).
  • Develop and execute successful Service & Support sales campaigns.
  • Overachieve on annual sales targets.
  • Lead compelling presentations of SAP Commerce Cloud.
  • Bring strong expertise in Value Selling for SAP Commerce Cloud.
  • Provide timely, accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively handling your pipeline of opportunities.
  • Leverage and coordinate cross-functional internal teams (CX specialists, Pre-Sales, GTM, Partners, Product Marketing, Product).

 
Requirements

  • Ambition and passion for working in Sales and making a difference.
  • Strong track record of success in enterprise software sales (preferred SaaS).
  • Strong expertise into the Sales, CRM and Customer Engagement solutions as well Customer Service and Contact Center.
  • Consistent over-achievement against quota.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Be creative with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to leverage and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in German and English.
