What you’ll do:


Position title: Intern - SAP Customer Success Intern – Business Development
Location: Milan, Italy
Expected start date to end date: 1st or 16th of the month 

In this role, you’ll:


  • Have the opportunity to experience teamwork in an international environment.
  • Have the opportunity to support the campaign execution process, helping into the digital assets finalization, external and internal communication drafting and execution, customer facing and virtual events organization and execution.
  • Have the opportunity to drive digital marketing activities and direct calls.
  • Have the opportunity to drive and monitor the event invitation and participation process and the follow up activities.


What you bring:


We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Active Student (f/m/d) at a university. Business, Marketing and Communication. 
  • Language skills: Italian mother tongue, very good in spoken and written. English is a must
  • Soft skills: team player, curious, analytical, communication, committed 
  • Communication, copywriting and presentation skills. Prior experience in marketing, communication and copywriting is a plus
  • Social media marketing tools (Linkedin)
  • MS Office 365 user skills required (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Image and video editing basic skills (Camtasia, Snagit)
  • Zoom and Microsoft Teams as event host
  • Experience in building presentations: good PowerPoint skills are needed
  • A keen interest in Service Marketing and Campaign Management
