Due to high levels of growth in Germany, we are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Sales Executive for our General Business Unit (<500 Mio € customer turnover). Candidates will need to have a successful sales track record and solid business acumen to be part of this high performing sales team.

The Role

You will manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales.

Responsibilities include:

  • Increase sales and revenue with existing customers, achieve overall revenue goal and scan the market for potential customers
  • Focus on successful cooperation with major companies and work intensively with our partners
  • Identify new and creative ways to approach the target industry
  • Drive Pipeline development through cold calling, email campaigns and market knowledge/intelligence together with Business Development to ensure quota achievement

Role Requirements

You will need to have at least two years’ experience in selling business software and/or IT solutions, with expertise in at least one of our five cloud areas (SAP Service Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Commerce, SAP Customer Data Cloud).

You will also need to have:

  • Experience in successful cooperation with General Business (GB) companies and successfully advancing complex sales cycles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • Experience in selling to CXOs
