PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES 
As Project (Senior) Consultant Sales (f/m/d) for SAP SuccessFactors you will participate or manage Sales projects, define deliverables and provides definitive advice and interpretation of situations. You will work on and/or ensure that goals and projects milestones are met, and approved budgets are managed appropriately.

It is the objective of the Project (Senior) Consultant Sales to work strategically with their respective field sales team actively contributing to building the sale pipeline, e.g. through the use of value-based solution selling techniques into Large Enterprise & Upper GB. You will effectively execute new opportunities for growth within a target market for Cloud environments cross- industry and customer segment. Understand our competitive advantage and establish the key reasons for customers and prospects to leverage cloud deployment models and other innovative technologies to achieve strategic business objectives. Ensure that business management processes are in place and that Sales best practices are followed

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS 

  • Responsible for delivery outcomes of assigned projects
  • Identify and advocate new growth levers and value delivery opportunities.  
  • Develop customized business development offerings and execute on new initiatives that drive growth and new sources of demand.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day execution of the approved growth plan, coordinating the program work streams.
  • Cooperate with partners & HR Experts to understand our competitive advantage and HR Trends to position the Power of We & create Solution Packages to support HCM Sales Team Germany & MEE.
  • Responsible for providing the applicable data to ensure the success of the Demand Generation Campaigns.
  • Thought leadership - Enhancing market awareness; writing assets regarding HR Transformation; communication of HR trends.
  • Highly effective ONE SAP – communication and sync with Specialized Sales, Industry Sales, CEE, PreSales, Marketing and BD of the adjacent regions

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • University degree (min. Bachelor) or comparable experience 
  • Experience with HR related topics and processes
  • Experience in project management/program planning and/or evaluating new business development opportunities in new or emerging markets
  • Language skills: German fluent, English sufficient
  • High attention to deal with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in Cloud in the B2B environment
  • Awareness of cloud, Hosted Services, and SaaS/PaaS models, cloud-based commerce/business networks
  • Self-driven, results orientated and proactive personalit

Work Experience

6+ years of professional experience in enterprise software sales, sales enablement industry operations, Business Development or HR.
