  • Business Transformation Services (BTS) is a globally acting group of ~600 highly specialized consultants within SAP serving the SAP customer base.
  • The BTS ambition is to deliver value by combining management consulting with leading-edge IT and SAP Innovation, guide SAP customers on the digital transformation journey and combine business innovation with strong knowledge of the SAP product portfolio.
  • Therefore, we aim at acting as the preferred advisor for SAP-based business innovation & transformation initiatives. We work with C-Level Executives on complex business challenges and innovations, thus achieving tangible business results with SAP solutions. We strive to establish long-term, sustainable customer relationships through a specific engagement model.
  • The Business Innovation & Transformation team EMEA is located in the BTS EMEA organization and delivers high value services accompanying our customers with highly sophisticated innovation management, change management and training management services.
  • The Change Management team is focusing on the people side of SAP transformation and innovation programs to support customer success
  • For our change management team we are hiring an experienced consultant for organizational change management (OCM), digital culture and training management. (a minimum of 2 out of theses 3 topics is expected, OCM is of highest priority).


  • Facilitate change in complex IT and business transformations for global companies
  • Plan, conceive and implement strategic and operational change management measures via successful communication, training, and stakeholder management
  • Management of sub-projects of education delivery projects, including bid-support, shaping education initiatives and projects
  • Work with training work stream to develop training strategies and translate into training initiatives
  • Provide knowledge sharing & mentoring for the entire team as well as SAP customer teams in organizational change management (OCM), digital culture and training management
  • Contribute to ongoing development of tools, templates, and methodologies for all aspects of organizational change management
  • Contribute to the generation of sales for change and training management as well as digital culture projects including bid and proposal creation
  • Ensure alignment with multiple teams, including people from different departments, regions and cultures


  • Master’s degree, postgraduate qualification like MBA is an asset
  • Extensive knowledge in organizational change management, digital transformation and training management. (a minimum of 2 out of theses 3 topics is expected, OCM is of highest priority)
  • Qualification and background in organization design is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written English and German
  • High-level understanding of IT trends and their impact on business processes and strategies


  • 6+ years’ experience in organizational change management in an IT implementation environment and digital transformation programs
  • Extensive experience in the management of education project
  • Experience in coaching customer project team members
  • Strong awareness of global cultural differences; previous work experience in a multi-national environment preferred
  • Practical experience with culture change programs, preferably in the IT context
