What you'll do 
Together with a passionate team you will drive the HR IT Roadmap for Talent and work on deliverables from the refinement phase until the go live. As a team member of the Talent & Learning IT Product Team your main responsibilities are:
·    Working on deliverables that are part of the HR IT Talent Roadmap
·    Decompose user stories and derive the technical demand out of it 
·    Refinement of the backlog together with the Product Owner and creating acceptance criteria
·    Responsible for the delivery of value for the customer as defined in the Product Backlog
·    Participating in agile ceremonies
·    Release Management Activities incl Regression Testing and presenting new features to our stakeholders
·    Regularly connecting with our support colleagues and being responsible for handing over topics from build to run mode while also contributing to enhancing our overall support processes

 

What you bring
·    Bachelor or Master’s degree (IT, Economics or other comparable fields) with 2-3 years of work experience
·    Certified SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management Application Associate
·    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs.
·    Strong ability to interact with stakeholders, other IT Product teams and across functions
·    Excellent English language skills
·    Creative and open-minded
·    Preferably additional experience in Career Development Planning and Mentoring or Succession Management
