YOUR FUTURE ROLE
SAP Business Process Improvement Technologies is a strategic investment area within SAP, combining Process Insights and Process Improvements, targeting an SAP offering for Hyperautomation. 
In this Product Associate/Specialist role you will contribute to defining, supporting the building, and achieving the market success of this new category. 

 

The Role:

  • Collect, analyse and prioritize use cases and requirements from customers and stakeholders in close cooperation with the product owners
  • Author tutorials, blogs, and develop product demos
  • Develop openSAP courses and hands-on exercises for SAP events and individual customer and partner workshops
  • Drive product knowledge sharing initiatives, including webinars for customers and partners
  • Drive the creation of customer success stories 
  • Drive customer and partner engagements including presentations and hands-on workshops at SAP events

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree in computer science or related area
  • Knowledge in business process technologies or RPA
  • Initial product management experience
  • Open minded and results-oriented team-player with a can-do attitude and open for ad-hoc tasks and activities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German.
