We are seeking individuals who are passionate about customer experience, and who are eager to be part of a team that breaks down silos and helps our customers use great products.

After initial on-the-job training, your tasks as a user experience designer (f/m/d) for our SAP BTP products will include:

  • Understanding the products and the problems they are supposed to solve
  • Gathering end-user requirements by organizing and executing user research, and collecting and analyzing the results.
  • Creating and delivering UX design assets such as wireframes, prototypes, design specifications, icons, etc to development team/stakeholders
  • Verification of designs through reviews, validations and formal usability testing with end-users
  • Continuously broadening your horizon on design methodologies, technologies and upcoming trends.
  • Acting as an advocate for an intuitive and consistent user experience



  • University degree preferably in design, media design, industry design, or in psychology, computer science, and related fields
  • Proven experience in low and high-fidelity prototyping with design tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, Sketch, or Figma
  • Familiarity with modern design concepts and design languages, such as SAP Fiori, or Google material design
  • Excellent understanding of fundamental design principles and human interaction principles
  • Excellent skills in visualizing your concepts in a clear, structured, and compelling way
  • A great portfolio of your design work
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript 
  • Excellent communication skills, a passion for people and for passing on your knowledge
  • Fluent German & English language skills oral and written
