Summary & Role Information

 

In this role you will be working in a cross-functional team who values trust, respect and diversity.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their challenges, business scenarios and business processes
You will design and implement Signavio solutions based on client requirements

You will run Signavio Customer training programmes
You will provide coaching, quality assurance
You will support client’s process modelling and workflow initiatives
You will collaborate with our product development team to define new product ideas and features for future releases
Be an active leader and team player to help develop and grow the Signavio Process Intelligence team
 
Role Requirements & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Business Information Technologies, Information Sciences, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Informatics or Business Administration
You have at least 4-6 years of relevant work experience
Understanding of  BPM concepts and key customer processes, such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Issue-to-Resolution, etc.
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft, Oracle, SAP), data extraction, data analysis, reporting, etc.
Strong analytical, communication skills and presentation skills

Experience with process mining techniques

Fluent in German and English
