ABOUT THE TEAM


The CEO Communications and Strategic Projects team is a multi-facetted team that supports the CEO in strategic and operational endeavors on corporate or project level, while also driving his speaking engagements and providing SAP and the CEO with targeted content as well as consistent strategic messaging and positioning cross-company. to help us further build our profile and leadership in the market.

 

YOUR FUTURE ROLE


The team is currently searching for an experienced and passionate visual and communication designer (f/m/d), who can decode insights into intuitive corporate infographics and storylines into breathtaking presentation concepts, formats and assets to build a convincing brand as well as a more distinct profile and leadership in the market. If you are a creative wizard with a knack for translating complex settings into intuitive, compelling designs and visuals, this is the job for you.

 

Build the CEO’s brand & drive strategic messaging and positioning cross-company to help build a more distinct profile and leadership in the market.

  • Drive visual storytelling to new heights in the industry by bringing storylines to life in vibrant, impactful and intuitive visuals and concepts
  • Create cutting-edge presentations along a defined storyline, working out innovative and compelling concepts, formats and designs
  • Develop a structured content repository consisting of continuously evolving visual storylines and target audience extensions 
  • Dismantle and translate complex topics into intuitive visuals and infographics
  • Observe, monitor, ascertain and draw on strategic needs and company internal developments, market trends, target audience expectations, stakeholder sentiment, and executive guidance
  • Lead creative direction for communication projects as well as external events – in virtual and physical formats

 

YOUR PROFIL

 

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in communications design, Graphic Design, UX Design or alike
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field of graphic design/communication design/ information design
  • Strong design and animation skills as well as profound experience with Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint; Keynote and Sketch would be a plus
  • Fluent English is mandatory, German would be a plus
  • Experience in complex & fast-paced global environments – either in professional service firm or Multi-National Corporation
  • International experience is a plus

  • Knowledgeable about the challenges, risks, opportunities and transformation needs today’s digital environment imposes on companies
  • Familiar with the software industry and software solutions – a profound understanding of SAPs strategy & portfolio would be a strong plus
  • Proven track record in crafting compelling offline and/or online visual stories and/or design projects
  • Obsessed with great design and not afraid of trying something totally new while still making it fit for our brand
  • Bring along creativity and conceptual strength, as well as an exceptional detail-orientation and an eye for layout & design 
  • Proactively seek for inspiration throughout the company and in the external market – to enrich visual storylines with innovative twists that make the difference.
  • Understand how to address and attract the attention of various target audiences by adapting visual content, presentation formats and presentation settings to their respective wishes and needs
  • Know how to leverage audiences’ senses, imagination and emotions
