THE ROLE

The Account Connectivity Team is responsible for creating a service that creates private networks between different IaaS accounts to ensure secure data transfer.
Working with us you will be part of an agile and innovative team working in DevOps mode located in Walldorf. As a (Senior) Developer (f/m/d) in our department you will design and develop a robust and secure platform service, serve direct customer demand as well as ensure your code is running reliably on the platform.  If you are enthusiastic about learning new technologies, love to deeply analyze and understand software and have a goal-oriented and accurate style of working with good communication skills -  join our team. We are happy to receive your application!

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• A good bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, mathematics or a related technical discipline
• Proven usage of agile methods like test-driven development, continuous integration & delivery, and pair programming
• Experience in using cloud infrastructures and the services therein, e.g. with Cloud Foundry, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Proficiency in working with Linux or macOS environments
• Experiences in a modern programming language (e.g. Go, Python, Java or the like), an understanding of its concepts, and the willingness to share and grow this knowledge
• Understanding of Cloud Foundry and Kubernetes
• Fluency in German and English

The SAP Cloud Platform is a Platform as a Service (PaaS) offering for managing and developing applications in the public and private cloud. It runs on different Infrastructure as a Service layers, such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba.
