YOUR FUTURE ROLE
The Customer Information Security Advisory team is part of the SAP Global Security organization and ensures continuous, targeted and consistent communication & enablement inside and outside the company to drive market and workforce awareness, skilling and engagement based on SAP’s Security strategy. Our team is made up of an international group spanning 4 continents fostering the Security culture @ SAP and enabling the trustful Digital Transformation of our clients.
As (Senior) Enterprise Security Advisor (f/m/d), you will support the Customer Success teams building trust in SAP along all Customer lifecycle from engagement to renewal. While the role is generally global the focus will be to support the EMEA region. You will work with customer facing roles such as the Customer Success account and customer support teams incl. Presales, Proposal management, Enterprise architects, Customer Success Managers, Customer Engagement Executives etc. and act as the trusted advisor for Security and Data Protection across SAP Solution offerings. Legal and Renewal teams will rely on you as Security expert assessing and developing contractual wording regarding Security & Privacy. Customer engagement will be mostly remote in a virtual setup.  You will build compelling knowledge cross solutions working with Solution Security advisors, and subject matter experts inside and outside SAP Global Security to collect and maintain all elements of information security. You will assure availability of information to the broader team as well as availability of public and customer facing content. You will contribute in enablement programs for your peers in SAP Global Security as well as Customer success teams according to their respective roles. 


YOUR PROFILE
•    Bachelor's degree (or comparable in-firm training) in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline preferred
•    2+ years of related professional experience in a customer facing role, ideally in technical consulting / customer architecture in an SAP solution environment
•    Good knowledge of Information security architecture 
•    Solid background in Information Security Management System (ISMS), Quality Management Systems (QMS, SDLC) and Global Data Protection Regulations (e. g. GDPR, CCPA)
•    General knowledge about technology and security measures of SAP solution offerings
•    Very good English language skills – Good German skills would be beneficial
•    Strong communication skills, including experience in presenting technical information in a business or regulatory context to C-level and subject matter experts
•    Experience to create, design and record collateral such as whitepaper, presentations, documentations, trainings, webinars, audio and video recordings, podcasts etc.
•    Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills 
•    Project management and Self-Management skills
•    Sense of humor
