YOUR FUTURE ROLE 

This challenging opportunity is perfect for a highly motivated Software Security (Senior) Specialist m/f/d with an open mind and willingness to join a “start-up” like team.

With your understanding of the latest mobile technologies, devices, trends, UX, AI, AR/CX you will help develop business critical mobile applications connecting users with enterprise applications of SAP and non-SAP in close cooperation with technology and application stakeholders.

We are looking for candidates m/f/d who have worked with mobile technologies, mobile architectures, and development partnerships.

The expectations towards this role are:

• Execute the “Secure Software Development and Operations Lifecycle” framework of SAP
• Support security and compliance assessments (such as threat modeling), and collaborate with stakeholders to close identified gaps
• Drive security topics, raise awareness in the dev & product teams
• Perform risks analysis, vulnerability management and incident response
• Self-motivation to learn and to follow things through
• Work closely with the QA engineers to identify test scenarios that target specific security risks
• Stay up to date with the latest news related to the used technologies

YOUR PROFILE 

• Experience in software development and software Architecture concepts, including working with databases
• Awareness of web technologies, operating systems, cryptography, application and network security-, identity-, and access management
• Direct experience working with mobile platforms is a plus
• Experience with corporate standards and requirements (especially of SAP) is a plus
• Fluent English skills, fluent German is a plus

The Mobile Experience & Engineering unit is the central place for SAP’s mobile app development and everything around mobile technology. In our responsibility lies the holistic, persona-centric mobile portfolio definition, the overall mobile app development, including app lifecycle management plus the necessary governance to ensure customer success.  

We are looking for a highly motivated (Senior) Security Specialist m/f/d to join our team to help build compelling native mobile applications for iOS, in close collaboration with customers, partners and end-users.
