YOUR FUTURE ROLE   
The Business Development Specialist (f/m/d) S/4HANA Solution Management & Go-to-Market is responsible for the success of a solution in the market incl. revenue growth, customer adoption and owns the definition of innovative SAP solutions, drives Go-to-Market incl. positioning, demand generation, enablement of partners and field colleagues in Sales, Presales and Services, supports strategic deals/customers and maintains active communities.
In this role, you maintain contact with customers, user groups, and the entire SAP ecosystem (partners, analysts, press) to gain an in-depth understanding of current and future customer and market requirements.
You consolidate trends in technology and industry, market research data, and customer requirements to define future growth areas for SAP, shape the solution portfolio and road maps and develop innovative Go-to-Market and commercialization strategies to accelerate revenues and customer adoption.

Responsibilities include also the following:

  • Identify market, business and technology trends and customer requirements
  • Develop successful Go-to-Market strategies and commercial models
  • Drive customer, SAP Field (Sales, Presales, …) and partner enablement (incl. asset creation)
  • Provide clear solution strategy and value proposition

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor or Master degree, MBA degree is advantageous
  • 2+ years of professional working experience in a Business Development, Sales or Product Management role for Cloud ERP software
  • Knowledge of the Cloud ERP market (incl. competition), required solution capabilities and Cloud qualities
  • Good understanding of SAP, its products (focus on S/4HANA) and partners.
  • Experience engaging with customers, SAP Field teams, partners and development teams 
  • Track record driving complex projects and delivering results working in virtual teams
  • Experience in program management and evaluating new business development opportunities
  • Fluent German and English language skills are mandatory, additional languages are advantageous

The team develops and executes Go-to-Market, commercialization and eco-system strategies for the Intelligent Enterprise focused on SAP S/4HANA Cloud. The team articulates SAP’s competitive differentiation and drive growth plans across all industries, LoBs and customer segments.
