What you´ll do
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Education Programs Expert (f/m/d) to join the Secure-Development Operations team and help SAP reach the next level. Our team is improving SAP cybersecurity posture by cultivating knowledge, raising security awareness, and fostering security culture across the company. As a Cybersecurity Education Programs Expert (f/m/d), your primary responsibilities include:
•    Serve as an subject matter expert for cybersecurity education programs planning
•    Lead, as part of a team, the security learning strategy - spanning multiple roles such as developers, other security experts, executives, sales, compliance, etc.
•    Ensure training controls are met and support audit reporting
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to build or source security trainings
•    Identify new training opportunities by monitoring the business and industry
•    Collaborate with project managers and learning coordinators to execute and implement strategy
•    Build and maintain a network of contacts across SAP
•    Participate in an agile team using Scrum and Kanban project management methodologies 
•    Contribute to a variety of stretch assignments to support your career and cybersecurity knowledge development
•    Opportunity to work with customers, partners, and open-source communities

What you bring
Candidate must have strong English communication and presentation skills (verbal/written) and a high degree of emotional intelligence. The ideal candidate thrives on learning and sharing knowledge and possess an eagerness to take on new challenges. Skillset requirements include:
•    10+ years of related professional experience in a cybersecurity function
•    Security technical experience ideally with software developers
•    Experience/Involved in cybersecurity education projects
•    Strong knowledge of NIST CSF PR.AT controls
•    Experience collecting and providing evidence to auditors
•    Ability to clearly document methods, data, and work planning
•    Preferred: CISSP, GSEC, GISP, CASP+ or other relevant security certification
•    Preferred: Strong understanding of KRITIS requirements for training
•    Plus: Experience with GDPR and other data privacy considerations
•    Plus: Experience working in an agile Scrum or Kanban environment
