The role

For our Quality Management development team we are looking for an Associate Developer (f/m/d) with passion for business processes and innovations.

By providing all elements of closed-loop quality management, QM with S/4HANA ensures that manufacturing industry companies deliver high-quality products while being able to comply with regulations & standards. The solution is fully integrated into the supply chain within an Intelligent Enterprise and, via extensibility options, is connected with complementary applications, e.g. on the Business Technology Platform (BTP).

As an Associate Developer you will contribute to development and innovation of our product. Your responsibility will cover all stages and tasks within the entire agile development cycle (design, implementation, test & maintenance).

In your role you will gain deep business domain knowledge. By having direct interaction with customers, you will experience how our product helps them run their business.

What you bring

• Bachelor or Master degree in (business) informatics, natural sciences, mathematics, economics or in a comparable field
• Up to (0-3) years of experience in Software Development
• Experience as developer in designing and implementing applications in any programming language
• High interest in strengthening your software-engineering principles especially in the cloud
• Customer-orientation in terms of striving to deliver value-adding and sustainable solutions
• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness and ability to learn new subjects quickly
• Proficiency in German and English
• Eagerness to take responsibility and high commitment to quality, reliability and a self-motivating style of working
• Excellent team player and strong ability to network

Preferred skills would be experience with ABAP, UI5 and a basic understanding of SAP Fiori Architecture.

Nice to have would be a background in Quality Management, Manufacturing or Logistics.

The position can be filled as part time position.

About the team

Our team “S/4HANA Quality Management” belongs to the area Digital Manufacturing and IIOT as part of Digital Supply Chain and is responsible for quality management applications within S/4HANA and BTP. We work in an agile software-development mode in scrum teams and have a close collaboration with related teams in Bangalore.
