Digital Experiences mission is to multiply the brand relationship and product value for SAP by creating connected, personalized digital experiences across the entire customer lifecycle.

Our team sits at the intersection of user advocacy and business advocacy to find harmony in outcome.

As digital natives, we operate with an agile, fail-fast, fix-fast mentality enabling us to test, iterate and optimize for highest performance.  We are equal parts designers, marketers, and technologists which allows us to solve for complex experience problems.

Inside of Digital Experiences, the Experience Design and Development team design and engineer premium web user experiences across SAP.com and SAP Store, in support of our solutions and audiences along the end-to-end digital journey continuum through research, UX, interactive design and innovation in support of SAP’s cloud transformation journey. 

 

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

     

Expectations and Tasks:

  • Lead the end-to-end User Experience Design as a full-stack designer for your assigned features from vision to implementation (concepts to wireframes to pixel-perfect designs)
  • Actively own and contribute to visioning and requirements engineering activities for your feature, focused on meeting the KPIs defined for your feature, the overall Digital Experience KPIs, and a usability SUS score of 75 or higher
  • Convert and communicate user needs via design artifacts like user flows, storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications
  • Articulate and defend design decisions with necessary backing
  • Close collaboration with our research, journey, and core experience teams to ensure that User Experience expectations are met
  • Strong collaboration with business process owners, technical product owners, software developers and other stakeholders
  • Work in a diverse and global team

YOUR PROFILE        

 

Required:

  • Several years of experience in the User Experience Design field, with progressive growth in responsibilities represented in a digital portfolio
  • Degree in design-related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience with responsive design
  • Experience with web accessibility guidelines
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Experience in facilitating design-thinking workshops
  • Excellent English language skills

 

Desired:

  • MBA or Masters in Visual or Information Design
  • Experience working on a digital marketplace, large eCommerce site, or large digital media site
  • Experience with merchandising and personalization
  • Experience with A/B & multi-variate testing
  • Experience with HTML/CSS/JS
  • Experience evolving design systems & standards
