YOUR FUTURE ROLE
As the Executive Assistant to the L2 Manager of Intelligent Enterprise you earn a deep understanding and knowledge of the L2 leader’s mindset and working style. You will be able
to take over a significant amount of communication tasks. This requires being very confidant. To voice concerns, challenge perspectives and predict results as well as collaborate independently with other departments in projects will be some of your key responsibilities.
Your tasks includes the following:
- Managing inbox, read and respond to correspondence independently or as agreed with management
- Assisting in accounting and reporting activities
- Arranging business travel supports agenda management and expense tracking
- Coordinating and supporting events for the department as a whole
- Collaborating with various staff and departments to administratively support various projects
- Preparing complex reports, projects, documentation and correspondence which may also require collecting, organizing, and analyzing data
- Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources
- Absorbing general strategic and tactical topics to communicate on behalf of L2 leader
- Developing storylines for board and organizational presentations
YOUR PROFILE
- Min. 5 year professional experience or min. 3 years of professional experience in a strategy consulting role in the context of business technology, agile transformation and sourcing
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree, e.g. in Business Administration
- Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Tools
- Strong customer orientation (internal/external) with a focus on relationship and expectation management
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in drafting e-mails, headlining key messages and creating c-level ready presentation decks
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple initiatives
- Fluent in English and German (written/spoken)
