YOUR FUTURE ROLE

 

The Presales Demo Expert (f/m/d) S/4HANA Public Cloud will be a core member of the S/4HANA Digital Core Demo team, primarily focus on the S/4HANA Public Cloud, to ensure the delivery of latest releases, high quality, compelling and innovative demo content. Support the field teams with enablement and demo guidance to successfully leverage our assets and help them to demo solution capabilities and innovations to SAP’s customers worldwide. Act as a thought leader and works closely with all internal demo teams, Presales Hubs, Development, Product, Solution Management and Presales to drive on going collaboration.

 

  • Collaborate within the demo organization as well as with the larger SAP community including Presales, Product Management, Development, GTM and other stakeholders
  • Lead and drive collaborative efforts across S/4HANA Content teams within demo organization and across teams within SAP who are important stakeholders in the S/4HANA Public Cloud
  • Represent S/4HANA Cloud Hub as a demo lead and provide thought leadership on all demo related topics to Presales
  • Understanding of the S/4HANA product architecture and content including in depth understanding of business configuration
  • Understand the big picture of RISE with SAP, S/4HANA and translate this into the context of Presales Demo in customer conversations
  • Support S/4HANA Public Cloud lifecycle management (e.g., upgrades) and safeguard the sustainability of the demo environments
  • Work closely with Cloud operations, demo infrastructure to ensure quarterly releases to enable latest innovations

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Strong Knowledge of the SAP Product Portfolio, S/4HANA Public Cloud and ERP
  • Experience in Consulting, Product / Solution Management, Presales and/or experience in Customer facing roles would be desirable
  • Broad knowledge of integrated business processes across S/4HANA Public Cloud and connected cloud solutions
  • Experience in leading virtual teams and experience in driving projects in a large collaborative environment
  • Fluent English language and excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in stakeholder management

The Industry & Customer Advisory Presales Demo team is supporting customer facing teams with compelling demo content and infrastructure which allows to showcase the complete SAP solution portfolio to customers and prospects all over the world.

Additionally, the team continuously adjusts, improves, and simplifies the content by incorporating the latest technology & product innovations aligning with the SAP Go-to-Market Strategy.
