YOUR FUTURE ROLE
 

As an IT Technology Associate Consultant with solid development skills, you will be a member of our Record-to-Report scrum team, who acts with enthusiasm, personal commitment and an agile mindset to create business value by developing the necessary solutions, technologies and innovations, all based on rock-solid operations. 

 

Responsibilities include also the following

  • Product delivery through entire lifecycle with focus on Record-to-Report, in particular development of CDS (Core Data Services) for our Next Generation Business Reporting 
  • Implement backlog items according to definition of done in a self-organized manner 
  • Establish a trusted partnership with our internal business and technical counterparts 
  • Early adoption of new methods, technologies and solutions in close cooperation with Product Engineering teams 

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • A university graduate with less than 2 years of professional work experience can apply for this position 
  • Programming experience in ABAP/ ABAP OO or another object-oriented programming language is mandatory 
  • Intermediate knowledge in definition of CDS (Core Data Services) Views is mandatory 
  • Development experience in latest cloud native platforms beneficial
  • Built-in quality practices and user-centricity in all aspects of designing and developing high quality code are essential
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of Record-to-Report business processes and related SAP solutions as a plus
  • Fluent English language skills are mandatory
  • Self-motivated, dedicated to taking responsibility, with the ability to learn quickly
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar, required


ABOUT THE TEAM
 

We as Core Finance IT Solutions Team consult, implement & operate IT solutions to make people more productive and help SAP run at its best. Record-to-Report as part of Core Finance IT solutions is a cross-functional product team that delivers highly integrated, digital and automated Finance IT-solutions based on SAP runs SAP principles to our internal customers in GFA board area.

 

The position can be filled as part time position.
