Industry Cloud Value Story Lead (f/m/d) for Customer Value Story Program

YOUR FUTURE ROLE 

 

The Customer Value Story Program is looking for an Industry Cloud Value Story Lead (f/m/d) to oversee the end-to-end process for facilitating, managing and driving qualified value story pipeline representing the SAP portfolio from nomination through publishing: 

 

  • Field qualified leads and secure regional IVA alignment via regional SPOCs
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer between contributing source and Industry and Value Advisors
  • Drive project plans and progress of Value Story from Nomination through production
  • Responsible for leading value reference cadence with regional stakeholders
  • Manage status tracking and reporting to stakeholders; escalate as needed to regional management
  • Manage the quality and timely production of value stories ensuring the established guidelines and KPIs
  • Engage with the Global ICA teams and regional support teams to programmatically manage the entire story lifecycle
  • Continuously drive pipeline process of value stories via key contributing SAP organizations and sources

  

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required
  • 5+ years of professional working experience in Pre-Sales, Consulting, Project Management and/or Value Advisory experience 
  • Knowledge of value selling methodology & processes, opportunities, value chain and ecosystem analysis experience
  • Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices
  • Very good analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities as well as Customer facing experience 
  • Proven experience working with teams across multiple organizations (across locations a plus)
  • Ability to structure topics, multi-task and work under deadlines
  • Experience with business case creation, analysis, and research
  • Experience in diverse technology landscape and process/technology integration topics
  • Experience with managing business and IT alignment
  • SAP Industry and/or product line business development.  Experience building and retaining strong customer relationships
  • Fluency in English is mandatory

SAP’s Global Industry and Value Advisory team is responsible for the Customer Value Story Program which aims to create compelling customer value references that showcase the value of SAP for our customers. Value stories are based on customer interviews which include clear value metrics showing how the customer gained real value from SAP’s solutions.
