What you'll do


The Marketing Design Specialist will report to the VP, Global Head of Digital Supply Chain Thought Leadership
They will support our global go-to-market, thought leadership and social content creation for our digital supply chain portfolio. 
The Marketing Design Specialist will provide support to SAP DSC Global Marketing department to define and implement thought leadership strategy for SAP Digital Supply Chain portfolio, to support CMSO awareness and demand generation objectives.


Specific responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

 

  • Create compelling written content (blog posts and articles) for Forbes and sap.com to continuously increase brand awareness. 
  • Manage social content build across DSC syndicated programs including videos, social media graphics, YouTube content, and related assets across the customer journey from awareness, demand generation, and nurture. 
  • Communicate and amplify all social content to internal and external audiences
  • Partner with Solution Marketing teams to develop content and consistent bill of materials that support syndicated program build. 
  • Create visuals such as videos (draft scripts, film, and produce), transformation stories, and one-pagers and produce visual content to build brand awareness (banners, social cards, e-books) as well as translate complex topics into easy-to-understand graphics such as social media graphics for DSC Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. 
  • Evaluate and drive innovative ideas to develop visual content. Examples include motion graphics, short movies, video clips and designing presentations, etc. 
  • Deliver and realize virtual events (Digital SC/Industry 4.NOW webcasts, webinars, etc.) and work with cross-functional internal/external teams. Support the production of the live stream together with the technical team to make sure important information is shared with customers, partners, and internals. Prepare post-event evaluation surveys to gather feedback for generating best practices for the upcoming events. 


What you bring

 

  • Proficient understanding of supply chain and manufacturing principles gained through studies or professional experience
  • Understanding of SAP’s digital supply chain portfolio and strategy, is a plus
  • Excellent project management skills and driving milestones through delivery
  • Strong content management skills and leveraging digital technologies like Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint
  • Self-driven team player willing to work in a mainly virtual remote and global team
  • English: expert level; additional languages are a plus 
  • Undergraduate degree in business, communications or equivalent field is required, MBA preferred
